We are 110% committed to your satisfaction and operate a no quibble returns policy.  We are always really sorry when you need to return something to us, but understand that sometimes circumstances change.  For a full refund please notify us within 14 days of purchase.  You can also return items for an exchange or a credit note within a month of purchase. Please note that we cannot accept returns on kits once they have been cut, and cut lengths of fabric are also non returnable.

Please make sure that you enclose in your return a note of your name, address, purchase date, order number (if ordered through the website) or alternative proof of purchase.  Don't forget to advise us of what you would like to do (ie exchange, refund, or credit note).  Do get a proof of posting from the post office too (these are free).
