CLOTHKITS WORKSHOP
I am so excited to welcome Nanuk, our adorable fishing Eskimo, into the Clothkits family. At 55cm high he is irresistibly huggable! Inspired by a vintage toy Nanuk was designed for Clothkits by Brighton based Jane Foster. Made to be an ideal first sewing project I will be showing him off first at the East London Design Show in December, but you can also now pre-order him online – just in time for Christmas! I would love to know what you think of him - and if you would like to join me for the workshops then do get in touch…
All the preparations are in place for our first workshop! We have teamed up with The Make Lounge in Islington for what we hope will be the first of many. On Saturday November 1st you can come along and make a Birdie dress under the expert guidance of tutor Kristina Nilsson. Designed for Clothkits by Jane Foster, this gorgeous little dress will make a fantastic Chirstmas Present. Just bring yourself for a fun day - we will provide the Birdie dress kit to sew, the sewing machines and even biscuits! For more information and to book, please follow this link to The Make Lounge website
