Skirt Design Competition Announced
After pawing through the many fantastic designs in Clothkits’ latest textile competition, a design by Sussex based illustrator Zoe Tucker was selected. Her quirky response to the brief shouted ‘Clothkits’ and charmed us all with its sense of fun.
Zoe, who fought off over 300 other submissions said that her inspiration was ‘simply my feeling upon getting home to sunny Brighton – after my daily commute to grim old London’. We are now sampling the design for possible production which is always very exciting! Many thanks to all for the enthusiastic response to the brief, and particular thanks to the pupils of Birchfield Primary School and their beautifully painted entries.
