Do you deck out your little one in vintage Clothkits?
We have been asked by a national magazine to help them find a mum who dresses her little one in vintage Clothkits for a possible feature. Can you help? Do email if you would be up for being put forward! If you can include a photo for me to attach then even better. Thanks in anticipation and here is the brief below…
Do you know of a mum who lives in the UK, aged 20 - 45, with at least one child 4 or under who has a lovely vintage hand me down that she is passing down for her kids? This could be anything from Clothkits that maybe mum herself had, an older sibling or cousin had when they were little!
Mum must be available for an over the phone interview later this month - the deadline is March 26th and I’d also need a photo of mum and her child/children and if she has any old photos of her loved item even better.

Summer of 72 Clothkits

Give a little while and my niece will be in vintage Clothkits! She only 9 months at the moment but when she’s big enough she’ll be wearing favourites of mine and her mummy’s from when we were kids as we didn’t realised our mum had kept all the clothkit clothes we had as kids! But she’s started early loving her mummy’s Clothlkitty when visiting Granny’s House!

Oops… my reply is too late. I hope you found someone in time. I have a beautiful clothkits dress from when I was about a year old, in 1975, which my newborn daughter will get as soon as she’s grown into it. My sister and I also have a ragdoll each called ‘Daisy, which has a reversible dress and bonnet to reveal her face either awake or asleep.
I’m loving the clothkits revival!

I saved all of my 1975 Clothkits (we lived in England for 2 years) and now my new grandaughter will be wearing them, in a while, she is only 3 months. Can’t wait!
