Chelsea Hat sewing pattern by Sewgirl, a fun project to make a fabulous baker boy style hat. The pattern includes a complimentary jumbo metal self cover button for the top, so no need to buy one.
This hat pattern has a crown made from 6 segments, a side band and cheeky peak- its a perfect fit! It will keep your head nice and snug on cold days or wear just to look like a cool 'Girl about Town'.
All hats can be made in sizes small, medium or large. To measure your head diameter, extend a tape measure around your forehead and above your ears.
Chelsea Hat pattern comes in three sizes : Small (55cm diameter head), Medium (57cm diameter) and Large (59cm diameter).
Tip: To measure for your head size, extend a tape measure around your temples, forehead and just above the ears. Pull gently to measure your head diameter.

Chelsea Hat pattern is suitable for fabrics such as denim, woven tweeds and checks, corduroy, needlecord, denim or cotton fabric.

You will also need:
- Fusible interfacing and a large (29mm) self cover button(one is included with the pattern).
- If you would like extra warmth you could use fusible fleece (Vlieseline H640) or wadding /batting.
Insert a walking foot attachment on your machine if you have one, which will make it easier to sew.
