This bold, Brutalist-inspired design was influenced by the postmodern architecture of Berlin. Capturing the city’s straight lines and geometric structures, this print embraces an industrial feel that hints at architectural forms.

Liberty Travels is a capsule collection of print postcards – inspired by different locations around the world, each translated through a quintessentially Liberty lens. The collection reflects the original aspirations of founder Arthur Lasenby Liberty, to create a voyage of discovery through his store. Unusually for their time, both Arthur and his wife Emma were pioneers of overseas travel. The new collection offers a love letter to the magic of travel – and a tantalising glimpse into other worlds. Created in the Liberty Fabrics studio, the Liberty Travels collection offers a whistle-stop tour through favourite destinations, from the brownstones of Manhattan to the vibrantly tiled streets of Barcelona and the wild meadows of Scotland.
