The Lotta Dress was born out of the idea of the kind of dress you might wear to a wedding or a summer party. It's a traditional style dress and has the option of having small puff sleeves or being completely sleeveless, depending on what suits you best. Lotta features a very fitted bodice and a full gathered skirt, giving you an old-school curvy silhouette; a matching v-neck at the front and back make it that little bit more glamorous too.
Suggested Fabrics: Dress for the summer in light cottons or lawn, try out a silk or chambray, or go more formal with taffeta or raw silk; you could even try out a stretch cotton or a ponte roma for variety.

Please note that you are required to measure and cut your own skirt length for this pattern based on your own measurements and desired length, so please do take that into account when working out your fabric requirements.
