Earn 1 point for every £1 you spend online with our Clothkits loyalty program! Every point goes towards unlocking discounts and rewards for future purchases. You can use your points to claim your reward, or save your points for a bigger reward later on.If you’ve placed an online order with us, congratulations! You've been automatically entered into our loyalty program. You'll get an email from us each time points are added to your account, and again when you've gained enough points to claim a reward.
You can earn bonus points for referring a friend and for social media engagement. These rewards may change from time to time so be sure to check your account regularly to stay up to date.
- 35 points = £1.75 off your next purchase
- 50 points = £2.50 off your next purchase
- 100 points = £5 off your next purchase
- 200 points = £10 off your next purchase
iPhone users can add their Loyalty Card to their Apple Wallet app to track their points and store coupon codes.
How do I join Clothkits rewards?
Simply create a Clothkits customer account here and you will automatically become part of our program, or you can join by simply clicking the 'rewards' tab on the right hand side of the page.
How do I earn loyalty points?
Earn 1 point for every £1 you spend online. Each time you spend, you will receive an email with your updated loyalty points balance. There are also plenty of other ways to earn loyalty points under the 'earn' tab of your loyalty profile, including following us on social media and referring friends. Use your loyalty points to redeem rewards, or save them up to unlock even more exciting rewards.
How do I check my loyalty points balance and redeem rewards?
You can check your balance and rewards anytime by clicking here to log in to your account. Each time you shop you will receive an email with your updated loyalty points balance. From here, you can click through to your loyalty profile, where you can redeem rewards.
How do I use my rewards?
When you have enough points to unlock a reward you will be sent an email, here you'll be able to redeem it for a unique reward coupon. You can use your reward coupon during checkout. Just copy and paste your unique code into the discount bar and 'apply'. Note you can only use one coupon code per order.
Terms and Conditions
- Clothkits reserves the right to modify or cancel coupons at any time
- Points will be rewarded when your order has been fulfilled or part fulfilled
- Coupons can be redeemed once and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer
- If you redeem your coupon online for a purchase less than the full value of the coupon, the balance of the coupon is not redeemable on another purchase
- If you return any of the items purchased with a coupon, the coupon discount or value may be subtracted from the return credit
- Shipping costs are not eligible for points
- Discounted items are not eligible for points
- Sewing machines & overlockers are not eligible for points
- Rewards can be used against any of our products except gift cards.
- Any abuse of the loyalty program may result in your account being suspended
- Points expire within 1 year
