Stitches Used: Back Stitch, Satin Stitch, Seed Stitch and Cross Stitch

You can start with either colour. Outlines are back stitch. Start and stop stitches in corners. Look ahead to see how many similar size stitches you think will fit on the line. I recommend doing the white line areas that have gaps between the stitches the same way you do the solid lines with backstitches and not a running stitch.

Solid areas are satin stitch. Remember to start at the centre of a shape and fill in one side at a time. Keep your cross stitches consistent.
