The Marcel is a woven dress and tank top that is fitted through the high bust and loose through the bust, waist and hips. There are two dress views: View A is midi length and View B is mini length. View C is a tank top that ends at the high hip.
Suggested Fabrics: Designed for light to medium-weight woven fabric with a nice drape. Such as rayon challis, rayon crepe, rayon voile, cotton lawn, cotton voile, linen, double gauze.

You will also need:
- 1/2 yd (0.5 m) of tricot fusible interfacing or light weight fusible interfacing
- 1/4 yd (0.25 m) 3/8” (1 cm) elastic
- Tailor’s chalk or washable fabric marker
- Safety pin or turning tool
