Made up in Off White Light Gabardine by Atelier Brunette, this lightweight cotton twill has a subtle diagonal weave and offers the structure of denim with a softer, more refined handle. The result is a timeless wardrobe staple you’ll reach for season after season.
Before you Start
This is a more involved project best suited to intermediate makers. We recommend reading through the Tessuti instructions fully before beginning, paying particular attention to the fly front construction and waistband finish. Take your time with topstitching and pressing - crisp pressing will make all the difference to the final look.

Composition: 100% cotton.
Care: We recommend a gentle machine wash on a cool setting and air drying. Press on a low heat if needed.
Sizing
The Alba Pants Kit is supplied in two separate size ranges, and you will have selected one when ordering your kit. The available size ranges are AUS 6–14 and AUS 16–22, each with the correct quantities of fabric and notions included.
We recommend referring to the measurement chart in the instructions provided to review both body measurements and finished garment measurements before choosing which size to make.
What’s in your Kit?
Your kit includes 100% cotton gabardine fabric, matching thread, tear-away Vilene, elastic, a metal zipper, a button, and the Tessuti Alba Pants paper pattern with full step-by-step instructions.
You’ll just need your usual sewing tools: sewing machine, fresh machine needle, pins or clips, scissors or rotary cutter, ruler, marking tools, and an iron and ironing board.
