Description
The A-line Tunic is a relaxed, easy-to-wear style with a gently flared shape and a lovely dipped back hem. It features a V-shaped neckline with a squared-off point, dropped shoulders and wide facings at the hem and sleeve edges for a clean, modern finish.
The facings can be sewn to the inside for a simple look, or top-applied to the outside to turn them into a feature. Use a contrasting fabric or colour and they become a really striking design detail.
Styled here with the Pull-On Trousers – the black pair has been cropped by 10cm, while the dark blue version has been widened slightly through the leg and hem for a more contemporary silhouette.
The pattern is supplied in an envelope with step-by-step sewing instructions.
Sizing:
XS–3XL. The tunic has a regular fit around the bust, so use your bust measurement as the main guide when choosing your size.

- Sew the facings at the hem, sleeves or neckline to either the inside or outside.
- Use a contrasting fabric or colour for externally applied facings.
