This sleeveless design features a neat button placket, a classic collar with stand, and clever gathers above the bust on both front and back for a relaxed, breezy fit. Folded shoulder trims offer light coverage, while the optional belt lets you cinch in the waist for a more defined silhouette.
Whether made in a bold print or a soft, drapey plain fabric, Ava is set to become a favourite in your handmade wardrobe.
Important to Know: Atelier Jupe patterns are designed to be traced before use. The pattern pieces are overlapping and printed on both sides of the sheet, so tracing is essential.
This approach allows you to preserve the original sheet, make multiple sizes, and easily adjust the fit as you go. You can use tracing paper, baking parchment, or thin wrapping paper – or we can supply you with spot and cross pattern paper to make the job even easier.
Suggested Fabrics: Choose a light to medium weight fabric like viscose, fine cotton, tencel, polyester, linen.
