Description
The Estuary Skirt is an easy, everyday skirt with a relaxed shape and a comfortable elasticated back waistband. Designed with plenty of ease and movement, it is a great wardrobe staple and a lovely project for newer sewists.
The front placket can be made with working buttonholes or as a faux placket, making it easy to adapt the construction to suit your confidence level. Choose between patch pockets or in-seam pockets, and lengthen or shorten the skirt to suit your style.
Sizing:
US sizes 0–30, approximately UK 8–30. Please check the size chart and finished garment measurements before choosing your size.
Suggested Fabrics:
Mid-weight linens and linen blends, soft cottons, silk noil, rayon challis, cotton ikat, and light to medium-weight chambray or denim.
Fabric Requirements:
The pattern is drafted to a midi length of approximately 64cm. If you would like to lengthen the skirt, allow an additional 13cm of fabric for every 2.5cm added to the finished length. Extra fabric may also be required for directional prints, fabrics with nap or pattern matching.

Returns
If you change your mind about an item or have received the incorrect item then we offer a very straightforward return policy. You may return unwanted goods up to 28 days after purchase for exchange, a store credit, or a refund.
Returned merchandise must be in the condition sold with original packaging and any tags intact. Goods must be unused, unopened, in perfect condition and remain in a re-saleable condition.
