The Landgate Jacket is a practical, easy-to-wear hooded jacket with a relaxed, contemporary feel. Designed for both women and men, it features a drawstring waist for adjustable shaping, along with a choice of side and front pocket options.
Decorative topstitching adds a lovely finishing detail but is completely optional, so you can keep things simple or add a more structured, utility-inspired finish. For the men’s version, the pattern is lengthened at the clearly marked points.
Sizes: XS–XXL
Seam Allowance: 1.5cm unless otherwise stated.
Fabric Suggestions: Cotton canvas, drill, denim, oilskin, linen and soft wool.
You will also need:
- 2.5M of 15mm/25mm webbing or a drawstring cord.
- Optional 2 metal eyelets approx 7mm internal diameter. You can make buttonholes as an alternative to eyelets.
- Fusible interfacing for pockets and buttonholes/eyelets.
- 0.25M lining for side pocket bags.
- 16cm metal zip

Returns
If you change your mind about an item or have received the incorrect item then we offer a very straightforward return policy. You may return unwanted goods up to 28 days after purchase for exchange, a store credit, or a refund.
Returned merchandise must be in the condition sold with original packaging and any tags intact. Goods must be unused, unopened, in perfect condition and remain in a re-saleable condition.
