Knit a woolly hat with our gorgeous new British yarn! The kit comes complete with everything you need to knit the hat including an organic cotton Clothkits project bag. This kit is a lovely treat whether you are gifting it made or unmade or . . . just keeping it for yourself!
The pattern guides you through a simple rib stitch, and waffle stitch for the main body of the hat, and it comes in two sizes. The kit comes in the stunning Purpose green as seen on the model. Don't fancy green? Then choose any of the colours from the Re:Treat range - just add your chosen colour in the comments section in the cart.

All you will need is a cup of tea and a quiet moment!
Please note that the kit does not include a pom pom maker. If you wished to make the pom pom then it's very simple to make a template from a cereal packet (like the good ole' days) or you can buy a pom pom maker here.
Also included in the instruction booklet is the pattern for the scarf and the hand warmers, however only the yarn for the hat is included in this kit. If you did want to make these garments too, then you would need to purchase an extra 4 balls of yarn from the Re:Treat range.
Ability: This is a simple knitting kit, though some knitting lingo, or a desire to learn it would be helpful. For an experienced knitter this is a two evening project.
Yarn Content: 100% wool. Re:treat proudly bears the new British Wool logo, a guarantee that it is British to the core from sheep to showroom. The wool selected to make Re:treat comes from an exciting cross breed of Bluefaced Leicester, famous in British hand knitting for its soft handle, and Kerry Hill, renowned for its distinctive markings and clean white fleece.
Care: Hand wash at 30°, reshape whilst they are damp and dry flat.
For every ball of Re:Treat Chunky Roving sold West Yorkshire Spinners make a donation to Mind, a charity dedicated to improving services and raising awareness of mental health and wellbeing.
