Jacques Mini is a classic unisex raincoat pattern for children, combining timeless styling with plenty of practical details. It features a hood, two generous patch pockets and a concealed zip hidden beneath a snap-fastened front placket for a neat, traditional finish.
Fully lined for comfort, Jacques Mini can be made in a waterproof or water-resistant fabric for proper rainy-day adventures, or in cotton twill, corduroy or wool for an everyday jacket with a completely different feel. A versatile outer layer that can be made again and again as they grow.
Important to Know:
I AM Patterns are designed to be traced rather than cut directly from the pattern sheet, as the different pattern pieces overlap. Simply trace your chosen size onto pattern paper before cutting your fabric. This keeps the original pattern intact, so you can make different sizes or adjustments in the future. Spot and Cross Pattern Paper is ideal for tracing your pattern.

Water-resistant and waterproof fabrics, gabardine, waxed cotton, wool coating, cotton serge, cotton twill, denim and corduroy.

If you change your mind about an item or have received the incorrect item then we offer a very straightforward return policy. You may return unwanted goods up to 28 days after purchase for exchange, a store credit, or a refund.
Returned merchandise must be in the condition sold with original packaging and any tags intact. Goods must be unused, unopened, in perfect condition and remain in a re-saleable condition. Non-returnable items include kits once they have been cut, cut lengths of fabric, ribbons or trim, samples, sale items, and ex-demonstration items.
