Meet your new wardrobe staple, the Ciao Jo. This easy-going unisex jacket has a cropped, boxy shape with deep set-in sleeves, combining practical workwear details with a clean, contemporary silhouette.
The oversized rounded collar gives Jo its distinctive look, while two generous patch pockets can be made with or without flaps. Pleats and darts add shape and structure, making this a satisfying jacket to sew and an endlessly useful layer to throw over everything from shirts and T-shirts to dresses and knitwear.
Jo works beautifully in fabrics with a little body and structure. Try cotton twill or gabardine for an everyday jacket, chunky corduroy for something with plenty of texture, or herringbone and boiled wool for a warmer version.
Ciao Patterns are designed with clarity in mind. Each size is colour coded for easy tracing, while different line styles ensure the sizes remain easy to distinguish when printed in black and white.

Twill, medium to wide-wale corduroy, chino or cotton gabardine, hopsack linen, herringbone wool, wool blends and boiled wool.

Returns
If you change your mind about an item or have received the incorrect item then we offer a very straightforward return policy. You may return unwanted goods up to 28 days after purchase for exchange, a store credit, or a refund.
Returned merchandise must be in the condition sold with original packaging and any tags intact. Goods must be unused, unopened, in perfect condition and remain in a re-saleable condition.
