The Palma Top is a lovely quick-sew project with just enough detail to keep things interesting. Designed with an oversized yet well-balanced shape, it is comfortable and easy to wear, with a softly scooped neckline that makes it perfect for warmer days.
The real detail is at the back, where a series of graphic pleats adds a modern twist to the otherwise simple silhouette. Palma is a great choice if you are fairly new to dressmaking and want to build confidence, but it is just as appealing if you are looking for a satisfying project that comes together without too much fuss.
The pattern is generously sized, so if you fall between two sizes, choose the smaller size.
Love the Palma? This pattern is also available in a girls' version for ages 4–14, perfect for making a mini Palma too.

Recommended Fabrics:
Soft, lightweight fabrics with a little movement work particularly well, including viscose crepe or twill, silk, cotton poplin, embroidered voile, linen/viscose blends and cotton satin.

Returns
If you change your mind about an item or have received the incorrect item then we offer a very straightforward return policy. You may return unwanted goods up to 28 days after purchase for exchange, a store credit, or a refund.
Returned merchandise must be in the condition sold with original packaging and any tags intact. Goods must be unused, unopened, in perfect condition and remain in a re-saleable condition. Non-returnable items include kits once they have been cut, cut lengths of fabric, ribbons or trim, samples, sale items, and ex-demonstration items.
