Description
A complete dressmaking kit to make the Clothkits Reversible Boxy Jacket in a stunning jacquard cotton. The jacket looks fab with a pair of jeans for a casual look and there are 3 earthy colours to choose from.
The top side of the jacquard is a fine cotton and the reverse is a gauzy cotton. There is no batting in the middle of this cloth, the inside is made up of a series of thicker yarns which gives it the quilted feel whilst keeping the fibres natural. The lining / reverse fabric is a cotton poplin and the edges are bound in a contrasting bias binding.
Colours: Rasai - a warm orange shade. Smog - a warm grey/black. Hardy Falls - khaki green.

All you will need is a good pair of scissors, a fresh needle in your machine and a cup of tea!
** Please be aware that the cotton jacquard fabric is made in India and therefore has a handmade feel to it. There may be some white slubs throughout the cloth, these are not flaws. To care for this fabric - wash cool, do not tumble dry. Shake it out and dry flat. You can give it a little iron on a cool setting. We would advise overlocking your raw edges before sewing to prevent fraying.
Ability: Ideal intermediate sewing project, some sewing knowledge is required.
Sizing: The pattern is for UK sizes 8 to 18.
