The pattern includes two options: view A is fully lined with a quilted back and front, and view B is unlined for a quick and easy project. Both variations feature a convenient front pocket, a large internal back pocket for documents or a laptop, two internal side pockets to keep you organised, dual handles as well as an adjustable and removable shoulder strap.

Main: A variety of durable, medium to heavy weight woven fabric with some structure, such as canvas, twill, waxed cotton, denim, some types of upholstery, pre-quilted fabrics, etc.
Lining: Lightweight woven fabric.

View A, 1.2 m (1 1/3 yd) main + 1.25 m (1 1/3 yd) lining + 0.5 m (1/2 yd) wadding + 0.5 m (1/2 yd) backing
View B, 1.2 m (1 1/3 yd) main.
150 cm (59″) wide fabric:
View A, 0.8 m (1 yd) main + 0.8 m (1 yd) lining + 0.5 m (1/2 yd) wadding + 0.5 m (1/2 yd) backing
View B, 0.8 m (1 yd) main.
Notions:
- 4 m (4 1/2 yd) of 3.8 cm-4 cm (1 1/2″) wide webbing
- two D-rings, one slider buckle, and two swivel hooks to match width of webbing
- one 56 cm (22″) long standard zip or continuous zip cut to size with one or two sliders
- 2.5 cm (1″) wide bias binding
- 3 m (3 1/3 yd) for View A or 5 m (5 1/2 yd) for view B
- one 5 cm (2″) piece of hook and loop fastening tape (velcro)
- Optional: 1 m/yd of medium weight interfacing (for use with lighter weight fabric).
