A gorgeous combination of rich, earthy colour and traditional Japanese-inspired pattern, this reversible cotton shantung from Sevenberry offers two completely different looks. One side features tiny cream blossoms scattered across a deep indigo blue ground, while the reverse has a beautifully detailed Asanoha-inspired geometric design in warm chocolate brown and cream.
The 100% cotton shantung has a distinctive lightly slubbed surface that gives the fabric texture and depth without making it feel heavy. At approximately 146gsm, it has a lovely balance of softness and structure, making it an especially versatile cloth for everyday dressmaking.
Ideal for jackets, overshirts, skirts, dresses, relaxed trousers and dungarees, as well as bags and accessories. The two contrasting sides are perfect for playing with design details too – think turned-back cuffs, contrast collars, pockets and facings.

If you change your mind about an item or have received the incorrect item then we offer a very straightforward return policy. You may return unwanted goods up to 28 days after purchase for exchange, a store credit, or a refund.
