Bermuda shorts are having a moment, and Synopsis brings a wonderfully relaxed take on the trend. With a low-rise waist, generous wide leg and below-the-knee length, these shorts have a cool, slightly borrowed-from-his-wardrobe feel that’s easy to style and surprisingly wearable.
The relaxed, almost baggy silhouette looks particularly good teamed with something more feminine on top – think a pretty blouse, simple vest or fine knit. Synopsis has all the satisfying details of a classic pair of tailored shorts, including a fly front, waistband and pockets, with plenty of opportunity for topstitching if you fancy giving them a more traditional jeans-inspired finish.
Sizes:
UK 6–24 (FR 34–52), drafted for a height of 165cm. Please refer to the Find Your Size tab for detailed body measurements. Finished garment measurements are shown in the product photos.
Recommended Fabrics:
Medium-weight woven fabrics without elastane, ideally around 200–300gsm. Denim, cotton gabardine, medium-weight cotton twill, corduroy and faux suede are all great choices.

Fabric requirements are based on 140cm wide fabric.

- 18cm non-separating zip
- 1 x 15–20mm button

For a more traditional jeans-inspired look, try using contrasting topstitching thread and a twin needle to really show off the details.
