The Wrap Dress is an elegant and versatile design that combines the timeless appeal of a shirt dress with the flattering shape of a wrap silhouette. Thoughtful details include a classic shirt collar, bracelet-length sleeves, discreet side seam pockets and an asymmetrical A-line skirt that moves beautifully as you wear it. The wrap is secured with a single button fastening on one side and narrow internal tie bands on the other, creating a comfortable and flattering fit.
This adaptable pattern offers several customisation options, allowing you to create a dress that suits your personal style. Replace the front button with a tie fastening for a softer look, omit the collar for a simpler neckline, or leave out the back bodice darts to achieve a looser, more relaxed fit through the back.
The Wrap Dress is best suited to light to medium-weight woven fabrics with a soft drape, such as linen, cotton lawn, cotton poplin, chambray, viscose, Tencel and lightweight crepe. The choice of fabric can transform the dress from an easy everyday staple to a more refined occasion piece.
You will also need:

- Matching thread
For the button fastening version:
- 2 buttons approximately 10mm in diameter
For the tie fastening version:
- Two lengths of tie band, each 0.4m long and 5-10mm wide, or make ties from bias-cut dress fabric

If you change your mind about an item or have received the incorrect item then we offer a very straightforward return policy. You may return unwanted goods up to 28 days after purchase for exchange, a store credit, or a refund.
Returned merchandise must be in the condition sold with original packaging and any tags intact. Goods must be unused, unopened, in perfect condition and remain in a re-saleable condition.
